Infowork Solutions exists to solve a critical problem: dental insurance payers face mounting pressure to comply with federal interoperability mandates while simultaneously improving member engagement and preventive care outcomes.
We provide three independent API platforms that address these challenges head-on: CMS-compliant FHIR infrastructure, AI-powered dental image analysis, and automated member campaign tools.
Why We Built This
The dental insurance industry operates on razor-thin margins. Every dollar spent on claims is a dollar that could have been saved through preventive care. Yet members consistently skip preventive dental visits until problems become painful and expensive.
At the same time, payers are required to implement complex FHIR APIs to meet CMS mandates—a massive technical lift that diverts resources from innovation. We saw an opportunity to provide both compliance infrastructure and engagement tools in a single platform.
